Just wondered if anyone had a similar experience and how best to resolve it please. A Yodel courier supposedly delivered a package for my son to my addess a couple of days ago which was apparently signed for by him, I should mention he is 6 months old !! I spoke to the courier he claims to have definitely delivered it to my address yet his tracker shows he was never even on this street. When I mentioned this he changed his story completely and instead blamed Yodel claiming they put the wrong address on it, then said he can't remember as he delivers lots of parcels daily. Trying to get through to Yodel to get to the bottom of this (fraud?) has proved fruitless, I have NEVER come across a company with such bad customer service, people don't get back to you at all, left waiting in phone queues at huge cost, fobbed off with excuses and also, I believe, blatantly lied to. What is the best thing to do here, other then never ever use Yodel again, Is this a criminal matter?
