We had Rhod Gilbert as our compare at our company's awards night Wednesday, he was good!

My fave at the minute is Frankie Boyle as he pushes the envelope a bit . . .

Have tickets for Gervais' new show in November though :)

I seen him live once, was hilarious, sadly though that breed of comedian no longer exsists

Favourite - Peter Kay, Russell Howard and Ricky Gervais

Least Favourite - Far too many to mention, but top of the list would be Alan Carr, Lee Evans, Jo Brand and Harry Hill (Although I love TV Burp, stand up is sooooo annoying!)

Faves would be Russell Howard (excellent live!), Ed Byrne was also good. Al Murray is good if you sit right at the very back, and not centre of the front row like me!
Once chased Paddy McGuinness off stage cos he called me Peter Kay

Lee Mack is another no mentioned genius, along with Jason Manford.

If you want to see some good up and coming, go and see Miles Jupp (Archie from Balamory!!!)

I love having the Warwick Arts Centre near me - loads of excellent comedians at rock bottom prices!!

Haven't seen Kevin 'Bloody' Wilson mentioned yet either!

I don't like people like eddie Izzard, Julian Clary, the woman mentioned earlier on here who looks like the back end of a bus!

Check out Stewart Lee - very similar.

Also, the person above who mentioned Eddie Izzard reminded me of how funny I found some of his videos on youtube the other day. I like comics who aren't afraid to be clever.
