If you've not yet got your M&S vouchers from Sky yet go to sky.com/vouchers

We have been experiencing some problems with the sending out of M&S vouchers to Sky customers.

Although hundreds of thousands of customers have received M&S vouchers from Sky in the last year alone, we fully recognise that some have experienced unacceptable delays.

We apologise to all those customers affected and would like to provide reassurance that we are addressing this issue right now.

If you are experiencing a delay, please provide your details by following the link below so that we can investigate your claim as a matter of priority. We will then process the claims for all eligible customers without any further delay.

If you are new to Sky, or have forgotten your username/password, don't worry - you can register or request a reminder of your details before sending your email.

thats because its on BBC Watchdog at the moment. People complaining about it etc

They said to me , it will take about 40days + ....... i bet they hope you've forgotten by then !!

I have waited fir my M&S VOUCHERS FIR AGES. still haven't got them. Recommended Friends for £50.00 each but nothing. Thank god for WATCHDOG. get yoyr act together SKY. you promised them where are they 2 of my friends joined after I told them I would get £50.00 vouchers and so would they but nothing. That equals to £100.00, plus my friends £200.00 in total.

Ditto...we introduced two friends and that must be over 6 months ago...is Sky too big and powerful??!!

I've asked to cancel the contract before due to false advertising last time with Tesco vouchers they offered to credit the sky account and did so,it's the same this time,I'm on the he £100 offer and waiting,can't moan too much with £100 sky account credit probably coming and £85 top ash back as well.

Shame their marketing budget is so big but their prices are so high.

Signing up as a new customer or referrring them a new customer, if you get no vouchers you should get account credit if you call

i got mine when they stated 30 days after i accepted the deal, on 2 occasions aswell. :)

I was told I didn't qualify as I used one of the employee codes to get half price.

They have just emailed me to say they'll send me 50 pounds in the next 4 weeks. Result, especially as I also used the employee code.....

I have had an email saying i am getting £25 maybe i should go back and demand £50

They said 4 weeks to me last year but they quickly passed with no result so not sure if they will be coming but worth an email

Good, they admitted logging those owed £100 of vouchers as £50 so they are guilty of fraud/false advertising in this, just remember if you don't get yours you can demand credit on your Sky account.

Havent they always sent them recorded delivery? Every time ive had them for refering people etc they have been sent recorded with no chasing sky etc

Sky HD ordered 25th March using the free HD box, free installation and £100 M&S vouchers deal posted on this forum for existing customers. HD box duly installed 5th April but still no sign of the £100 M&S vouchers. The email I received from Sky Online on 26th March said they would be sent by recorded delivery and arrive within 45 days. That was 70 days ago now. I have submitted a missing vouchers query via the link provided by the Op and will see what response I get.

Looking through my e-mails reminded me that I still hadn't received my vouchers, I re-emailed them and got a call the day later. The lady said as I had used the friends and family code I wasn't supposed to get them... however... as someone had told me (in the original e-mail) I was due them they will send them out.

My deal is up relatively soon so I may use the vouchers towards a Humax foxsat box to replace Sky when I cancel!

Bloody hell we resign up to sky years ago full package at full price with the £100 m&s voucher n nothing so we kept on ringing about them but they just kept on saying they come when they cum n years later Wer still waiting wat a joke sky is

I did not receive my vouchers I signed up over a year ago false false false advertisement I have rang sky numourous times I am sick off calling and getting the same reply we'll look into it and never hear back from them!!

I applied for my sky reward for m&s voucher it has not arrived in my e-mail why does sky offer rewards and don't fulfil their side of the deal I only wish we could receive virgin media in my area as I would change immediately.
