We have been experiencing some problems with the sending out of M&S vouchers to Sky customers.
Although hundreds of thousands of customers have received M&S vouchers from Sky in the last year alone, we fully recognise that some have experienced unacceptable delays.
We apologise to all those customers affected and would like to provide reassurance that we are addressing this issue right now.
