Recieved my two LBP keyrings before xmas and one of them was a angry face one!
Now when i ordered them ( almost a month before) nowhere did it state that the actual product shown ( the happy face one) may vary, and I may recieve a angry face one. I contacted zavvi about this and they said ' hello, do you wish to return for a replacement or a refund'
To be honest this seems like an automated reply, and I don't see why i should make the effort and pay the postage to return it when it's their mistake!
Should i demand they send me out a happy face one?
I know its not much money, but it's just really annoyed me that they didn't state this whereas websites such as play.com etc did!
Should i say I'm going to get trading standards involved etc?
