Hi guys and girls, ordered district 9 from zavvi before christmas and was despatched on the 26th december. Still havent received it and zavvi have finally got back to me. they said they will:
"put a trace on your order and investigate further why it hasnt arrived yet, but in the meantime would you like me to refund or replace the item?"
Does this mean that if I accept a refund or replacement they will 'trace' the other one and get it to be returned to them, or will they just let me have it (whenever it turns up) aswell as a refund or another copy?
