I really like the slide out keyboard on this phone so would ideally like one with a keyboard (not on screen) please.

Hi i have a iphone 3g which is unlocked and jailbroken, it has 3.01 software on it and was wondering how i go about updating it to the latest sotfware as the last time i done this via apple it locked my phone back up and it was a right pain to unlock and jail break it again :(
