By submitting your video you agree to grant Maple Syrup Media Ltd. a perpetual, royalty-free, licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute and/or to incorporate your video in other works, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the Quidco Privacy Policy.
By submitting your video to the competition, you:
Warrant that your video/photo is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libelous; and it does not violate the right of privacy or publicity of any third party.
Agree to indemnify Maple Syrup Media Ltd against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of the above warranty;
Wherever used, we agree to credit your video/images to you.
This competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas entries will not be considered. Our announcement of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives. Maple Syrup Media Ltd does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

The winners of the video first place prize of an Air France economy ticket, the video second place prize of Nintendo Wii, the video third place prize of a Sony PSP (PSP-1003) with game + essentials pack, the photo first place prize of Xbox 360 + 42" LCD TV, the video second prize of Nintendo Wii, and the video third prize of Nintendo DS Lite (model USG-001) + Nintendo Tetris DS game, will be chosen at the discretion of Maple Syrup Media Ltd. The winners of the photo and video Members' Choice prizes of a Sony 4GB walkman (model NWZ-A816) and iPod Nano 8GB black (MA497ZT/A) + Pocket Surfer2 (model DW-RC04) will be determined by the videos with the highest amount of votes in each respective category at the close of the contest. The winners of the photo and video Members' Choice prizes of 7" digital photo frames will be determined by the video with the second highest amount of votes in each respective category at the close of the contest. Maple Syrup Media Ltd. reserves the right to choose this winner at their discretion.
The Quidco Video Competition shall begin May 2, 2008 and will be due to end May 31, 2008. Winners will be announced within two weeks of this closing date.
Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and Maple Syrup Media Ltd. reserves the right to either offer the prize to the next eligible entrant, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition on www.quidco.com.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
