It scanned at £3.97, but they rang it through at 47p after checking the shelf labels.

We've just booked flights to go out to our villa (obvious plug, I know) and were surprised to see how much cheaper it is to fly from Birmingham than Manchester.

Flights with US Airways from both Birmingham and Manchester stop at Philadelphia where they both connect with the same internal flight any more...

I bought 2 of these when Play had them for £25 each and I am very impressed with them They work over extension leads and were a doddle to set up.

A steal at this price!

Personally, I think that these items aren't worth the prices usually asked, but Play have a couple of good deals - very useful if you son has asked for them for Christmas, like mine has!

I was in asda and just picked up a reader/writer that does standard SD and SDHC cards for only 75p.

This beats the one I got from Poundland as it writes to the card too - most other cheapos seem to be readers only.

Seems like decent build quality and quite handy for putting in a bag for holidays more...

JJ McWilliam's Hanwood Estate 2006 Shiraz 75cl is only £2.99. The retail is anywhere between £5 to £7 when not on offer, so it is a good saving.

I spotted this in the Trafford Center last night and it looks like it is available online too. Its a great price when you consider it is the original game and 2 expansion packs for less than either of the exapnsion packs alone seem to be selling for. A good buy for any anoraks like me!

These retail in Asda and Tesco for £7.50.
