My local ASDA has Montana rose down to 2.77 a bottle. this is a good rose from New Zealand and was a roll back rather than some sort of managers special.

to be aware of, most on the shelf were 2006 which may be getting a little long in the tooth. but i did find some 2007 and 2008 amongst them.

Asda have sun pat peanut butter on offer down to £1.00.

it has been a long time since decent peanut butter was around this price so worth getting.

OK, so it is not a Grand Marque, but this is a really decent champagne and was on the shelves at £30 a few weeks ago so this is a huge reduction.

As it says above. only on the citrus flvour. all the mint stuff is still £3+ but it is a good mouthwash and I prefer the flavour.

Vaccum packed chestnuts down in ASDA. They were 1.98, but i remeber them being even more before xmas. sell by date on packs I got was 2011. Great for adding to stuffings and also very good in a rissotto with mushrooms and bacon.

Clarks, a good quality american maple syrup is down to 46p for 200ml. this compares with Tesco selling Rowse Maple syrup at £4.35 for 330ml. A serious saving.
