I have just bought a new LCD TV and was going to use the Toshiba 37WLT66 as a monitor. I have an Ati 3850 graphics card and the native resolution of the TV is 1366 x 768 but that resolution is not in the options, only 1360 x 768 which makes the picture blurry.

Has anyone else had this problem and more...

as my sisters laptop is awaiitng repair this has been sitting in her cupboard for ages so thought id sort it out,when im in safe mode the monitor is on all the time but as soon as it getting passed windows loading screen (XP) the monitor switches off?
