Maybe good news for mortgage holders
UK interest rates will stay low for years amid tax rises and spending cuts, according to an economic forecast.
The Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) believes the rate will remain at its current 0.5% level until 2011 and not reach 2% until 2014

I need a calculator that allows me to input amount paid each month as we pay over and above what we've been asked, thinking I need to make my own spread sheet but anyone know what calculations I should be doing. As when I try do it myself the sums don't add up.

This morning I arrived home (late night, lol) to find a hand delivered letter from my landlord. Essentially they are looking to sell the property I have been renting since April 2007.
