I was looking around for a new O/S, and found this to be the best deal around. Although this is a pre-order (and I'm not sure when it is released), this seems to be a very good price for new software.

Performance wise the HD 4830 seems to lie between the 4670 and 4850, surpassing the 3870 but slightly (5%) below the 4770. The 4770 was designed as a direct replacement for the 4830.
