I was hoping to see if anyone who have bought a Samsung Tocco Lite from Phones4u.co.uk could tell me if the phone is unlocked or not....

I know a while ago you could take any phone into CPW and provided it oowered up and you had charger (and it wasn't blocked) they would knock £10 off any PAYG phone.

I was just wondering can you actually haggle with shops such as phones4u. For example, they have the HTC magic £30 a month, but max I can do is £25, can you walk into the shop and actually get the price lower? I would love to hear some success stories.
