I have won £100 on the Premium Bonds HURRAY!! I got a thing that looks like a cheque but OH threw away all the rest of the stuff that came in the envelope...does anyone know if I can cash this in a post office (we still have one!) or do I have to pay it into a bank account?

I am moving into a flat on the 1st September and am looking to get Phone, Broadband and possibly TV into the property. I have been looking at various options but am unsure which would be best. I need unlimited internet, but no more than 8MB, and any free calls would be a bonus. I am also

I went into my local post office to do a few things yesterday (get postal order, send three things recorded delivery). I think that I may have been ripped off (admitedly only by about £1.50).
The lady weighed the first, much larger parcel and printed a label for it. She then sorted the other bits.

Ive had a package sent to Spain via eBay go missing.
Sent first class and proof of postage obtained.
Its worth a bit more than the £39 coverage the PO offer but no biggie.
How long does it take to claim back the £39 from the PO and what do i need to provide aside from the proof of postage receipt?

Ok, this is particularly relevent for RyanAir - looking for flights for two of us to germany - card fees were £19! rip off. Now, both RyanAir and EasyJet offer no fees if you pay by visa electron. All good, but no-one has Visa Electron cards!

I work in a Post Office and the other day I had a customer purchase some NS&I Premium Bonds and wanted to pay for it via his Credit Card.
