Now on the back it has a circular hole, which i think is the mounting point for a standard clip?

Having major problem with one of these. It's been playing up for months. When I connect it to my laptop it automatically disconnected. This happend everytime I tried. Now, I can enter any of the folders within the Sansa, but as soon as I enter the MUSIC folder it disconnects again.
