I have recently got myself my first pub, and due to the increasing prices of alcohol, it is always nice to come on here and find out that Asda is cheaper than Cash & Carry. That's partly sarcastic, and partly true.

Just got back from Tesco where they are selling a selection of £4.99 wines @ 3 for £10. Furthermore, if you buy 6 bottles you get an additional 5% off the full price i.e. £1.50 - making it 6 bottles for £18.50, or in other words £3.08 a bottle instead of £4.99.
I'm not sure of all the wines they ha more...

Chandler's Ford Asda were selling red, white and rose wine for £2 per bottle today!

There was a choice of one red, one rose and about four types of white wine. All various brands.

It was selling VERY quickly so won't have lasted beyond mid-day. HOWEVER, a little bird tells me that the manager only more...

Beware that this scanned at something like £11 at the till. But the error was quickly corrected and I got my bottle of tidy scotch for £9.

If you don't like Grants, Asda are selling Teachers for £10 (70cl).

But basically the 12 packs of Blue WKD seem to have a promotion on, you get 3 Iron Bru bottles to try. So 15 for the price of 12. Works out a bit cheaper than the 2 for £5 on the bigger bottles every single supermarket seems to offer!

I don't know if this is a pricing error but I just bought the last 2 bottles at a tesco express in Lowestoft for £1.26 each. I'm not sure if it is in the big stores or online but seems like a bargain.
