Just been to Tesco on Abbeydale Road in Sheffield - I bought a couple of bottles of Theakstons XB which is a pretty nice ale imho and they charged me 85p per bottle when the label said £1.48 (i think).

Anyone know cheapest place to buy the half bottles of bacardi please? Instore only. Tesco;s seen to do half botles of everything else except bacardi!

Instore and online may not be particularly cheap but a good buy for being so unusual

I thought this was ok. Just been to threshers and they have 4 bottles of those real ales - Newcastle Brown, Waggle Dance, Young's, Hobgoblin, Abbot, Black Sheep, Bishops Finger etc for £5 exactly.

Can anyone recomend decent wine for about £3-5 per bottle?

Need about 50 bottles (both red and white). The hotel serve Hardys at £10 per bottle, and charge £5 corkage for bringing our own.

So I need an equal wine for about £3 per bottle, or would pay up to £5 for a better wine.

Just popped into our local ICELAND and they had boxes of 30 bottles of stella marked up at half price £4.50. Was only one left on the pallet and didn't see them in there yesterday.
