The actual box we have has a USB slot on the front of it so would it be as simple as buying an external drive and plugging it in or is there more to it than that?

Recently had Sky HD fitted, and had my Sky+ moved to another room, yet the sky engineer saw fit to remove this and replace with a 4 way LNB instead. makes no odds to me really, as i wont be adding another box.

I just got a phone call from sky offering me 6 months sky+ at half price for the full package no contract other than I have to have it for minimum of 30 days before I decide to cancel.

My contract with Sky has ended now and I want to get Sky+ or SKY PLUS HD. Are there any deals available and I was paying over £40 for Sports and Entertainment.

The list of problems:

- Programs havent recorded and are marked as clashed - when only one channel was recording and tv was off
- Programs failed to record due to power cut - was watching sky at the time and nothing untoward occurred with the image/set etc.
- Programs on sky plus that have recorded more...

For some reason I can't watch any recorded programmes, when I go into the planner and select what I want to watch it gives me the information about the programme and how long its on for etc but when I press select nothing happens. It wont even let me get out of it by pressing backup, I have to press more...
