Can we make it compulsory to add tags to deals?

New people like myself are posting deals which tend to be duplicated, we search for them but they dont show up as no tags are assigned?

when i add an album to itunes, al the songs appear on itunes but sometimes the album artwork will appear twice.

Most of the songs will be linked to the first artwork and then say one or two tracks to the other

Ive just noticed that not many people add tags when posting deals, its ok when the deal is new but when i'm trying to find summat old and there's no tags its to hard.

So if we all start adding tags it will be better for everyone!

it really annoys me when i see a deal when i go back to find it - its gone!

Is anyone able to recommend a program to tag images with?

Looking at tagging my 1000 odd images from my last trip to Disney so I can get them in some kind of order before I go back again in a couple of months time.
