Currently I have SKY TV, Sky talk unlimited and SKY max. I want to get 50mb virgin media broadband but I read that you have to take a virgin's line rental as well. Is it possible to get Virgin to install the V+ box or 50mb broadband for free?
I already have 20mb broadband and a normal cable set top box and can't imagine why they would want to charge £99 to install the v+ and £50 to install the router/modem for the broadband.

Was just on the phone to Virgin Media and they offered me 50 megabit broadband for £5 more than I already have (which is 20 megabit).

There is a installation charge of £50, but they put that down too. To £20.

Comes with the new Modem, Wireless N router and wireless N usb adapter.

getting installed on thurs, managed to get the guy to waive the installation charge and activation,, is 50 meg anygood has anyone got it? also reckon i could get on of virgins own netbooks included for free also?
