Is it possible to get Virgin to install the V+ box or 50mb broadband for free?
I already have 20mb broadband and a normal cable set top box and can't imagine why they would want to charge £99 to install the v+ and £50 to install the router/modem for the broadband.

just tried to ring up virgin and get my 21 digit sign up refrence number as my quidco hasnt tracked! virgin do not have a clue on what im talking about and are asking is there a problem with my broadband!?!!!!ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
help!

Was just on the phone to Virgin Media and they offered me 50 megabit broadband for £5 more than I already have (which is 20 megabit).
There is a installation charge of £50, but they put that down too. To £20.
Comes with the new Modem, Wireless N router and wireless N usb adapter.

There are no special deals for existing Virgin Media customers with regard to their free Netbook promotion.
All existing customers must pay an additional 15.00 pounds per month, if they want the Netbook.
I have just had this information relayed to me by a member of their salesforce.

£18*3 = £54
£28*9 = £252
£11*12 = £132
