Seems a very good price for a good external HD.

Comes to 44.10 delivered, if you take off their Zen Engagement and Loyalty card options.

Basically, I sent my 160gb WD passport for replacement back to WD, and I havent heard anything from them for over 2 weeks, apart from that they had recieved it at their collection point, which is halfway between their actaul RMA facility.

afternoon all!! IM having issues with my WD passport - my computer doesnt recognise it as a drive anymore. When I plug it in to the USB hole it spins up for a bit - the computer recognises something has connected (and recognises it as WD) but does not autoplay and it not in my list of drives.

Seriously short of disk space I've broken a habit of buying only firewire drives by buying this USB only model which for the price is hard to beat. Oh well I'll plug it into a Time Capsule when I get around to buying one ;)
