Seems a really good price to me, for the controller and 2 games. It doesn't say that you have to buy an Xbox at the same time. I would include the £3 delivery charge to the price, but it offers free delivery to the store to pick up.

Not much more to add really. Cheapest Xbox 360 wireless controller I have seen on the net and in stores.
