Very good quality and strong.
Majority of screws are included, except 1 or 2, but it wont fall down as I have been using it like it is in photos for a while. But you can get the screws from any DIY shop.

Ok, im on the lookout for a top quality ergonomic chair. My budget is £400.
I can pick up a used herman miller aeron size b on ebay for around £300 delivered. Anywhere cheaper?

Oh how i laughed doesn't really affect me as i get about 8hrs a month. Compared to some who do 72hrs+ about time i say. apparently the government is on the brink of going bust. Heard it here first.

Where my hubby currently works they have a tolerance of 2 pounds per shift and everything over they take out of his wage up to 10% of the total he earns.
(can they even do that legally?)
Sometimes he´s short by a bit but it´s almost every month they take the full10% of his wage out for shift shorts
