okay so last night i was watching the bonus disc of revenge of the sith in xbmc (all fine) - when i booted up the xbox today the disc loaded an offical dashboard on the system (turns out the disc has a demo of battlefront).

anyhow as my xbox still had the SID installer splinter cell save - i popped more...

Why are Ds cards (DSTT, R4, M3 Acecard etc etc) banned from sale?
They have a LEGITIMATE use for running Homebrew on your Ds (not just downloaded games.

What makes these so incredibly illegal that they cannot be offered for sale, where as consoles modifies with mod chips or hacked firmware are deem more...

I have an original xbox, which has been soft modded, can't remember if i put the evox dashboard on, but it does have XBMC I believe.

I also have a western digital 500gb IDE Hard drive.

Now I'm unsure whether to mod the two together and have a 500gb WD XBMC xbox and sell it on or to sell them seper more...

An xbox console, got it from ebay last year but never really got around to tinkering with it. Booted it up maybe twice and was surprised to see that it was modded actually (was expecting it to come vanilla, and I could soft mod it as a project...but that went out the window)

Ok several times i've discussed XBMC on HUKD....but here we go again. I softmodded my xbox everything was working but then i formatted my dashboard and all gamesaves by mistakes....So had to hotswap it, which got rid of error 13/14. Now im running XBMC as my dashboard...BUT, theres alays a red light more...
