Assassin's Creed has NO region protection! That means you can get it anywhere and it'll work on PAL!
Currently Play-Asia.com have the Asia version for £26.48 but is out of stock, the US version is still only £31.30 (cheapest I've seen)!

They say wait 5-10 days, but I've used Play-Asia.com for some more...
