I made carrot & coriander soup yesterday, which turned out to be pretty tasty eaten with fresh crusty bread, just right as a meal in itself, for these cooler wintry days and a very cheap healthy vegetarian option.

Just spotted this in my local Tesco tonight, this is even cheaper than buying in Ikea. 500ml bottles are normally £1.99+ in Supermarkets. Tesco are selling packs of 8 500ml Bottles for only £6! This makes 24 Bottles £18 or the individual bottle price only 75p!
