I'm trying to find a bank account for a not for profit organisation I am a member of. Really struggling to find the best option!

Anyone got any help, or any bank accounts they could recommend? I've heard Abbey/Santander do a good one, but I can't find it for the life of me!

A mate at work was somehow missed off the pay role for the month and went overdrawn as a result. Once he told them, it took at least 3 bank working days for the money to go into his account. Just wandering if our employer is to blame and should cough up the bank charges or whether he is just unlucky more...

Just had letter from Halifax saying that if you switch to Halifax Reward Current Account, credit it with £100, and switch your debits from a non-Halifax bank you will get £50 and fee-free overdraft for 120 days, in addition to the existing £5 you already get for every month you make a £1000 payment more...

my friend just send me a email states that if i sign up a premier bank account, then both me and friend can get £25 each.

I am just wondering if I can get BOTH the quidco payment (£45) and refer a friend bonus (£25)

I have been charged £125 worth of bank charges over 2 months. Is there anyway of claiming this back?

For example, at one point I had £5 in my bank, and they charged unauthorised fees from the previous month of £25. This took me to - (negative) £20.

The following month, they go ahead and charge me more...

my gf is banking with Lloyds Tsd and was not looking at her statements and we only realised when we saw the statements for December they took out about 250 quid plus interest, we requested the bank to have a look at it and the bank took more then a month they just waved off 20 quid. and more...

Just had an automated call from lloyds tsb card services to ask about some transactions on my card.Two payments of £15 have been taken out for o2 pre pay vouchers and they have then attempted to get another item for £279 but that is what flagged it up as possible fraud.

I'm just waiting for the ban more...
