Would it be better to download the rc of windows 7 64 bit then just purchase that when it comes out? and just buy 32 bit xp for now.

I have up to 10mm and need to drill to fix some anchor bolts which I think are going to be a 16.... Seems lots of places too expensive on the delivery for a single drill bit!
