Isn't it spamming? sick of it

I sold a sim card after buting my mum a new phone and then my dad wanted one too so tried selling his today too but it got closed by over keen mods. What is it with the rules on here, anyone else think they are over the top. I know we need rules but some of it is a bit daft really.

just been looking through the FS/FT and there seems to be loads of new members who by the looks of some of the posts are not following the rules, is there a way to add a sticky to each and every post in FS/FT?? some that the poster wont be able to remove? just the links in the opening post or someth more...

Ok, asking this cos of the for sale item i had listed which is now locked, yes at my request.

I initially asked for the thread to be locked, as requested to do by reporting (my own) OP. This didn't happen. Waited a few hours and again, nothing happened. Waited a few days and it was locked all well more...

I have now come across this twice and it seems ok to do it, yet thesaint was clearly told he couldnt

dont know about other people but i find those posts really difficult to read compared to normal.
