I've got 1 console flashed with ixtreme 1.6 and an elite that is brand new and never used.

I transferred all my data onto the 120gb hard drive and have been using it on the flashed console. I haven't connected the flashed one to live for a few weeks now so at the moment it's not banned.

This is a Brand New Xbox 360 Elite, everything is still sealed in their green bags.
Only the box has been opened to flash with ixtreme 1.6.

This has the new falcon board in it, which runs cooler and uses less power.

As this is brand new, never been used, it hasn't been banned from xbox live.
