how much do builders charge to build a house per meter squared?

also what does that include e.g. founds/shell/windows/roof or is it to complete the build

also is it charged at per floor level also? e.g. is the foot print is 80meters squared

would that be costing for 160 meters squar more...

Would it be better to download the rc of windows 7 64 bit then just purchase that when it comes out? and just buy 32 bit xp for now.
