Im currently living in a flat and my water provider is South Staffordshire Waters, I pay just under £300 for a 2 bedroom flat, my parents who dont live far from me own a house with 4 bedrooms but they pay just under £200 anyone know why that is? Both places do not use meter's for water rates?

I have a shop in centre of london and there are ongoing road works for the cross rail - which will probably continue until 2012.
I come under camden council.
Anyone have any experience of this?
Would really appreciate any help
