I decided to have a little clearout as I'm planning a Car Boot sale next week. I uncovered some real forgotton gems along with loads dust to go with it.

As an Asthma sufferer me and dust clearly don't get on... I woke up this morning to a horrible runny nose and compulsive sneezing. I feel like pan more...

I have it. I hate it. Been up since 3am coughing and spluttering with the other half close to giving me a right hook.

Also I'm a man, therefore it affects me more. Man-flu, why is there no cure?

God bless 24 hour asda and their lemsips, that's all I can say.

I guess I must of just sneezed a good 30 times which has made me incredibly hot and a little dizzy but wanted to know if I have burnt off a few calories at the same time?
