I ordered and received a HDMI/Component cable from Deal extreme, but there was no signal received when I connected it up.

So i'm looking for a single cable that will carry audio directly to my TV without the need for external speakers/5.1 etc. It's a HD ready TV (720p only), but does not have hdmi more...

I've been tempted by one of these for a while, and decided to go for it at this price. Should be ideal to hook up my Wii, Xbox, Freesat box and DVD player to my HD TV.

No HDMI, but you can still do HD over component cable. The 3-port network hub is a handy addition too.

Does such a cable exist because i have recently purchased a DVD recorder with composite out, but my plasma is already using the composite for xbox 360. My old plasma has a dvi and not hdmi but i can send the audio to another jack for the tv to play.

As the title says, after one of these cables. They're the ones that come with the PS2 and PS3, with the little flat connector that goes into the Playstation on one end and the red, white and yellow component cables going into the scart adapter at the other end.

Never used mine for PS3 as have HDMI more...
