I have a credit card with MBNA, who are offering 0% interest on money transfers until June 2010, they are charging 4% as a handling fee.

I am tempted to take £3000 and pay it straight off my mortgage which is currently at a rate of 4.99%...

"FOREIGN EXCHANGE FEE" might be? Its for £4.59. This is 6 days after the last time I used it.

Has anyone tried the credit card 0% savings account thing. Where you get a 0% credit card for a limited time and take the money out for investment, i.e. savings account, and ever made any money.

I known for balance transfers they tend to charge a fee, which I think usually outweighs the money made more...
