dabs.com seem to have it the cheapest with free delivery.
can anyone recommend them?

In order to qualify for the Q4 2009 Toshiba LCD TVs Cashback promotion purchasers must register their purchase on the promotional website www.toshibacashback.com/LCDTV within 7 days of purchase/invoice date, and their application must be received no later than 21 days after certificate registration date.
All registrations must be made no later than 18th November 2009 and the closing date for claims to be received is the 9th December 2009.
To qualify for the promotion the below documents and information must be received no later than 21 days after registration:
The qualifying Toshiba LCD TV serial number
Original proof of purchase (which is a receipt or invoice) dated within the promotional period, from one of the promotional suppliers clearly showing
your qualifying Toshiba LCD TV purchase details
A printed hard copy of the on-line Toshiba Q4 2009 LCD TV Cashback registration certificate made by you no more than 7 days after you purchased
your qualifying Toshiba LCD TV
Photocopied proof of purchase and Toshiba Q4 2009 LCD TV Cashback registration certificate will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase will be returned to you but we suggest that you take a photocopy of your documents and keep them for your reference before sending them. We also recommend you send your application via recorded delivery.
Provided all applicable terms are met, a refund for the relevant amount for the qualifying promoted product purchased will be sent to you within 28 days of receipt of your application.
Cheques will be made payable to the name submitted in the specified field when registering.

Having ordered a large and costly item from Dabs.com and wanting to cancel the order, how would I do this if the order is no longer available to cancel since the status is shown as 'Packing'? Would rejecting the order from the courier work?
