I remember this tip from sometime ago, but it worth mentioning it again. I you didn't have a Visa Electron card to scrap the transaction fee of £2.95, but when I used my Visa debit card, I selected visa electron and the transaction went through no problem! ;)

I went through a cashback company who seem to be on the verge of going bankrupt, my contract would have cost me £9 a month after cashback but now I'm paying £35 a month, £220 worth of useless cheques upstairs which I can't bank and I've got until 16th August to end my contract.

I made a purchase from PC World for an item worth in the region of £350, after receiving all the confirmation emails, the cost was debited out of my account and I received the item yesterday.

After checking my card statement today, it seems that they have refunded me the full amount, the day after more...
