Chip in windscreen

Autoglass haven't seen it yet but want £83 to fill it in but then give a life time guarantee it won't crack if it does they'll replace my windscreen with a VW OEM one (= bonus points). Some Polish cow b more...

Windscreen replacement.

Could anyone tell if Autoglass, when they replace your windscreen, supply exactly the same.
For example if its heated, and also any factory standard stuff such as the black surrounding the rear view mirror?
I've got a Focus ST, so would they use a 'Ford Focus ST' windscreen!?
