This offer is as cheap as I can find it with 15kg gas cylinder. I'm not too sure what the agreement part is though. I know that the charge is about £30 to replace via Calor Gas. That might be the catch, although it seems to be the 'normal going rate'

These are great slow release and cheap running heaters, I've got several as the oil prices are so high and they are far more efficient than the boiler burning loads of gas. Get them while they're cheap. £40 @ argos !!
