All registrations must be made no later than 18th November 2009 and the closing date for claims to be received is the 9th December 2009.
To qualify for the promotion the below documents and information must be received no later than 21 days after registration:

Proof of purchase will be returned to you but we suggest that you take a photocopy of your documents and keep them for your reference before sending them. We also recommend you send your application via recorded delivery.
