Ok, did something like this last year in FS/FT.

Going to do the draw thingy, post if you want it, i'll do the random number generator thingy at say, 11pm? and whoever is that post number, well, wins!

Might do a couple of these depending on how bored i am and how much stuff turns up while i "spring more...
