I'm looking for a decent upscaling DVD player which will play all the DVD formats and is *(or can be made multi-region). I want to pay as little as possible (suprise suprise) but no more than £40 inc delivery. Any ideas

I'm looking for a TV / DVD combo deal.
The best i have seen is at £165 on Tesco with a 19" Technika model for about £159.
There is also a 19" totally unknown brand on electrical-deals.co.uk for about £110 - has anyone bought from them?

Are there any better, cheaper units?

Bought from Richer Sounds on 24.03.2009 for £169.95 although I had some vouchers from Mr Julian Richer from which the Sales Rep had to put as a manual discount for Open Box.
The Unit was a Sealed Box but the guy had no other way to put those vouchers
