A friend's Xbox 360 is getting 4 flashing red lights when you turn it on and doesn't seem to read discs. After you put one in, it says "Reading" momentarily and then says "Open Tray" as though there's not even a disc in there!!

What does this mean? Dead laser? Is the whole drive dead? Or ma more...
