Got a whole heap of divx/xvid avi files on an external hard drive, just wondering if I can play these natively in my new PS3 slim? Or can I play them another way? What other video files playback does the PS3 support?

I have got a demonoid account and can download files but cant open, is there software i need to open it and play. thanks, cant get the grip of this at all. running vista of course, pity! have enabled it on system mech firewall.

As above really - trying to be dead clever the other day I used a program to delete duplicate music files, forgetting that itunes needs the files to play!
Does anyone know how I can find them and put them back onto itunes (pref a free way)
