just been to poundland and saw this, it is one of the biggest selling exercise videos and I know a few people who swear by the aerobics.
it is good to do with your partner who is interesting in Dancing but you can do it at home the cheaper way working off the pounds.

The reason I get it so cheaply is because I took up this membership 6 years ago and am still paying the old rate. I do Rugby training twice a week occasionally go for 30 mile bike rides I'm 12.5 stone muscular, I go to Rugby and 15-25% of the guys are fitter than me and it does my head in. I've got asthma but it didn't hold me back at school usually coming 1st-3rd in every running event I did.
