I recieved a fixed penalty notice for failure to display my tax disc! But all that had happened was the tax disc holder had become "unstuck" from the window and the tax disc slipped down but the top of it was still visible! (Otherwise i wouldn't have seen it!)
I have chosen to request a court hearin more...

Sorry for the dull post, but this mortgage rate is the best on a fixed rate mortgage. If you are concerned as I am about my mortgage repayments then it looks like the woolwich is making some serious statements on rates. Its 0.5% cut, and freezing tracker rates.
