After a new camera and after a bit of looking online I think I'd quite like to splash my cash on a Nikon D60.

Anyone know of any good deals on at the moment - best I've seen lately is £360ish but have seen it for less before.

Looking to buy myself a new camera when I go to the USA on holiday next month.

Got about £300 to spend but can't decide whether to go for a good compact or whether it is worth going for a Digital SLR.

Camera will be used for pics on holiday but I also think I'd probably also use it a lot if I had more...
