I didn't realise this till today, but the returns policy changed as from 15 Feb.
You can no longer return any items without a reciept (except when item is faulty where you can provide proof of purchase i.e bank statement if paid by card).

I always over-estimate my jobs i.e buy an extra bag of grave more...

Got a laptop my sister has asked me to sell for her. She Bought it brand new a couple of months ago and has hardly used it. Its still as brand new condition boxed with everything including the reciept and warranty. Its black. 250gb HDD, 3gb RAM, Vista home..ect.
