Fluid Rowers and Bikes are pretty high spec bits of kit.

Quick search on google and they offer best deals by far and are the cheapest, throw in the free delivery and its even better.

Put on a wee bit of weight over Xmas. I just lost nigh on 5 stone from June to November last year, so I don't want this to be the start of me slipping back down that slippery slope!

Anyways, I use the rowers at the gym when I can, but owning my own would be more convenient. Haven't really seen any more...

i have a heavy bag and weights like actual weightlifting style i am looking for a dumbell bar if anyone has got a pair that will fit my york weights will post a pic in the second post to show what i mean and anything else really protable i can fit in my room as i have not alot of space.
