Netflights are doing it again with cheap flight to Oz in the off peak season.
These are the cheapest Sydney flights so far. (cheaper flights tend to be to Perth)
Dates in April/May
2% quidco brings it down to £493

Train travel to Heathrow from central London.... DONT FOLLOW THE CROWD AND SAVE £8.60 pp
If you are travelling from Central London to Heathrow airport (T1,2, or 3) then usually Heathrow Express train service seems the most obvious/quickest and convenient route.
This is often the case, trains leave Paddington every 15 minutes and takes about 15 minutes.... however the single journey far more...
